I approached Adrian Allen of Akriga to give his opinion on how we could update and optimise our present web site without losing the corporate look we liked.
Akriga put together a report which was informative and, importantly, in a language that was easily understood. It took a little while before we decided to take it further and there was no push from Akriga for us to make a decision.
Once the decision was made to go ahead with the upgrade of the website, Akriga presented a staged proposal, with costs, in line with the time frame that had been stipulated. Cost for work undertaken outside of the proposal was clearly stated so there were no hidden surprises. The work was completed within the time frame.
Their guidance has been invaluable. Akriga were (and still are in support and to make any further alterations) very professional with honest opinion, positive, accommodating and friendly in the service they have given in the redeveloping of our website – no change or inclusion has been too big or too small for them.
